The SensaRest plant is organized as a route, not a collection of rooms. A project starts in the office and sample area where briefs, drawings and feedback are aligned; foam cores are molded on the foam line with controlled formula, density and cure; cores move to storage racks for airing and order staging; covers are cut and sewn in the sewing workshop; finished pillows go through compression packing; and cartoned goods are staged in the warehouse for shipment. Each station has its own checkpoint, and the order moves forward only when the previous checkpoint is passed.
About 70% of the designs SensaRest produces are self-developed and patented, which means the plant routinely runs its own structures rather than only buyer-provided drawings. Capacity is roughly 1.5 million pieces per year across sleep pillows, travel pillows and lumbar cushions, and in-house teams cover industrial design, structural engineering, foam chemistry, process engineering and cover patterning.
