Design rationale
Why dual-wing extensions on a lumbar cushion?
Standard lumbar cushions support only the spine's central ridge, leaving the paraspinal muscles on both sides unsupported — which is why lower-back fatigue returns after 2-3 hours of sitting. The Starfish Lumbar extends dual wings that wrap the sides of the lower back, stabilizing posture laterally as well as sagittally. This design-patent S-hug geometry is what differentiates it from flat lumbar rolls in blind seated-comfort tests, where it extends comfortable sitting time by approximately 40%.

Existing model sample
Select a listed model and confirm foam feel, cover and available packaging. Sample and shipping costs are paid in advance; timing is confirmed after stock and scope review.
Private-label adaptation
Keep a proven core and evaluate cover fabric, logo, label and retail pack. Sampling cost and timing depend on the selected materials and artwork readiness.
Fully new structure
A new contour or construction requires feasibility review. Development is commonly budgeted at approximately USD 1,000, but the final fee depends on structure, tooling and iteration scope.
No free-sample promise: sample and shipping costs are paid before dispatch. For a qualified bulk order, sample-cost deduction may be discussed case by case. A target of about five working days applies only to suitable, confirmed scopes—not every custom project.
