Why a cutout, not more foam, for tailbone relief?
Adding thickness under the tailbone only pushes pressure somewhere else. The Minimalist Seat Cushion removes material exactly where it hurts: a U-shaped open area around the coccyx takes load off the tailbone, while the surrounding ergonomic contours keep the pelvis supported and the seated position easy. Simple profile, one clear job, done properly.

Sample & development policy

The commercial path depends on whether you select a production-ready model, customize branding around an existing core, or develop a completely new geometry.
Existing model sample
Select a listed model and confirm foam feel, cover and available packaging. Sample and shipping costs are paid in advance; timing is confirmed after stock and scope review.
Private-label adaptation
Keep a proven core and evaluate cover fabric, logo, label and retail pack. Sampling cost and timing depend on the selected materials and artwork readiness.
Fully new structure
A new contour or construction requires feasibility review. Custom development is USD 1,000 per model (mold/tooling + 1 finished sample + courier), deducted from the order payment when a single order of that model reaches 1,000 pcs.
No free-sample promise: sample and shipping costs are paid before dispatch. Sample costs are not deducted from bulk orders unless stated otherwise. A target of about five working days applies only to suitable, confirmed scopes, not every custom project.
